Dr Paul Dongha is a seasoned AI and ethics leader in the financial services sector. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, along with MSc and BSc degrees in Computer Science.  After an early career in AI research and lecturing (especially in the 1990s) he transitioned into financial services, where he has held senior roles in credit risk systems, derivatives product control, IT transformation and AI ethics.  At NatWest, he leads a bank-wide programme to deploy AI responsibly, integrating ethics, governance and strategy.
