Peter Diamandis is a Greek‑American engineer, physician and entrepreneur known for founding the XPRIZE Foundation—the organisation behind large‑scale incentive competitions aimed at solving grand challenges.  He holds degrees in molecular genetics and aerospace engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.D. from Harvard Medical School.  Over his career he has co‑founded multiple organisations in space exploration, longevity, and exponential technology (e.g., Singularity University) and authored books such as Abundance and Bold.
